If you need to change your address or any of your personal details, cancel your policy or need us to resend your policy documents to your registered email or home address, please send an email to customer.services@insureandgo.com stating your policy number, telephone number and postcode. You can also send an email request for an Agent to contact you by telephone you if you require further assistance.
